animation=&#8221;grve-fade-in-up&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1664377645709{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Abstracts format (Oral presentation &amp; Poster)<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li4\">Abstracts are to be submitted in <b>English<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\">They should not exceed <b>300 words<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\">They should be structured in the following specified subtitles:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\">background &amp; objective<\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\">methods<\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\">results<\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\">conclusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">The Abstract title should clearly define the work discussed <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Abbreviations must be spelled out in full at their first use <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Do not use abbreviations in the title \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Authors need to select whether they are submitting an abstract for an e-poster, an oral presentation or both if the abstract is accepted <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Each author can\u00a0<b>submit up to 3 abstracts as lead author\/presenter<\/b> \u00a0<\/span>This limit does not apply to co-authorships<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">The\u00a0first author\u00a0is the presenting author and is responsible\u00a0for the\u00a0abstract <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">The abstract submission can be performed only once <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Please be sure to have all information needed at hand and check all details carefully before submitting the abstract <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><span class=\"s3\">Submitted abstracts will not be reviewed for typos, capitalization, or punctuation errors and the abstracts will appear in the final program as submitted <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s4\"><b>Once the abstract is submitted,<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s5\"><b>\u00a0no changes will be possible<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><b>\u00a0anymore \u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row heading_color=&#8221;light&#8221; animation=&#8221;grve-fade-in-up&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1664377674555{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p8\"><b>Evaluation<\/b><b> <\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>procedure<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee (ISC).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Each proposal will be reviewed by 2 to 3 reviewers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Authors will be <b>notified of the acceptance<\/b> of their proposal(s) <b>by 30 January 2023<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If the abstract is accepted, the first author should confirm his\/her attendance and <b>register for the congress by 15 March 2023.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If the first author is not registered by that date, the abstract will be removed from the congress program. In case the first author is unable to attend the congress, a substitute presenter may take the presenting author\u2019s place.
